At Candle Drop, we take great care in handcrafting each order with high-quality materials and attention to detail. Due to the customised nature of our made-to-order candles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has started production.
However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, we will gladly replace the affected item. To request a replacement, please email us at hello@candledrop.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation and ensure you receive a replacement as soon as possible.
